HPLG series Expander can extrude oil seeds such as rice bran, soybean, rapeseed, sunflower, cottonseed, peanut and palm kernels. It is suitable for processing in oil and protein factories.

Expansion principle:

The machine uses the extrusion, friction and shearing of unequal distance helix to convert mechanical energy into heat energy, and forms a certain pressure and temperature in the expansion chamber, so that the material can be extruded and extruded through the discharge die head.

2.
