In oil refining process, use active clay, which accounts for 1.0 ~ 3.0% of oil weight, and the clay after decolorization loses its activity and becomes waste clay. Waste clay contains not only pigment, phospholipid and other glue, but also a large amount of neutral oil. If these waste clay is not treated in time, it will not only waste resources, but also pollute the environment and underground water quality, and it is easy to cause fire and cause certain economic losses to enterprises.

     The residual oil content in clay is about 28-30% after bleaching. Combined with our technology and user's experience, we first extract the oil from waste clay,then the waste clay is regenerated for new clay.

   Adopt the process for recovering oil from waste clay, which is used for three times extraction. The recovery rate of oil can reach more than 96%. The clay in mixed oil is separated by natural sedimentation, and the content of clay in mixed oil is less than 0.2%, which avoids the scaling of evaporation system.

A certain amount of waste clay and a certain proportion of No. 6 solvent mixed evenly, static. After delamination of waste clay and mixed oil, it is separated. Soak repeatedly until the oil is completely extracted from the waste clay. Evaporate the mixed oil with a rotating evaporator. After leaching for 3 times, the residual oil of waste clay can be controlled at 5%.

After the leached waste soil is roasted, after cooling, the waste soil is acidified with h2so4, the solid-liquid ratio is 1:2(v/v), acidified in a thermostatic water bath for 1h, and then rinsed to a value of about 4.5, dried and crushed, and then regenerated clay can be obtained. After decolorized waste soil, it is better to recycle the grease on the same day. The optimum process conditions are as follows:calcination time:60min, residual oil ratio of waste clay:4.31%, pickling concentration:7%.
