Shea nut is the fruit of shea butter, which has delicious pulp like avocado fruit. The oil in the core is shea butter, accounting for about half of the core volume. The oil is mainly concentrated in the kernel. The oil content is 40% - 55% in the whole core, 17 - 32 mm, in diameter, 11 -21 mm, in diameter, 60.6% in the dry base, 3.5% in moisture, and less than 0.1% in impurities. The shell of kernel is 0.5% -1.0%. Each mature fruit tree produces only 15 to 20 kilograms of dairy fruit a year, and milk trees can only survive on the African continent for climate and planting reasons.
