Main Process

          Soap noodles --> mixing --> Three roll mill --> soap plodder --> Cutting/stamper ->Soap Packing
 

Material for soap:
Oil or fat of plant or animal (palm oil, coconut oil, tallow oil, etc.), caustic soda (NaOH), sodium-chloride
(NaCl), sodium silicate, fragrance, pigment, etc.

Also start from the soap noodle /pellet ,which require to buy the materials ,which is low investment .

Main Process

1.Mixer for different raw materials 

For continuously to mix soap noodls,flakes and liquid or solid additives..

 

2.Grinder Mill 

Used for grinding soap noodles into thin sheets. 

 

3.Vacuum soap plodder ,with vacuum pump,water chiller .

Used for molding the sheets into long strip soap of required shape.

 

4.Soap bar stamper,cutter 

Used for stamping and cutting the long strip soap into soap bar that is desired size .

 

5.Soap Stamper 

to make the soap bar for the different shape . this is for toilet soap,hotel soap ,etc.
