Saponification vacuum drying system
Saponification vacuum drying system is to use animal and vegetable oil (main component fatty acid) and alkali to form high temperature liquid soap base (fatty acid sodium), and then add glycerol, additives and other components in this process then soap base in vacuum dryer because of water flash evaporation, soap base from liquid to flake solid, after the refining machine extrusion grinding, become soap particles.
The main equipment are: vacuum dryer, tube heater, cyclone separator, condenser, refining granulator, vacuum pump and so on.
Asap moisture is controlled in the range of 10-28% and the output is 500 kg-10 t / h.
