Clearing section
The dry coconut with water content of 10% - 12% was transported to the automatic scale to remove the iron partical through the magnetic chamber.
Copra Crushing section
It was broken into particles with a diameter of about 0.3cm, and the particles were pressed into thin sheets to expand the surface of coconut dry oil.
Low temperature Roaster
Under this condition, the fat cells ruptured and phospholipid precipitated and the moisture content decreased to 8-10% due to the rupture of fat cells and the precipitation of phospholipid in the horizontal steaming/hot air pot at 115 ºC.
Pressing section
adopt screw press to press out enough Crude Copra oil ,get the coconut cake residual oil was 7% after pressing continuously.
Characteristics of the product:
1 the color of the oil is light 8 / 50 (measured by Luo Weipeng method)
2 cakes are light brown, the highest residual oil is 7%
3 coconut cake thickness is the same, about 3 mm ,fine powder does not exceed 5%
Virgin Coconut Oil technology and Equipment
