Twin Screw Press
Using the extrusion force produced by two opposite helical shafts and the squeezing cage, the oil in the embryo is extruded. The whole process of oil squeezing from the embryo into the oil press to the cake is continuous.
It is suitable for hot or low temperature pressing of dehulled peanut kernels, tea kernels, sunflower kernels, cottonseed kernels, rapeseed kernels, walnut kernels, rubber kernels and dehulled soybean, flaxseed, safflower seeds, almonds and rose seeds. The cake has good shape, low residual oil, good permeability, light color of crude oil, low peroxide value and high refining rate.

(1) The twin-screw oil extracting mechanism has no slippery bore meshing screw technology. The pressure in the bore is high and the residual oil rate of biscuits is low after one-time extraction.
(2) The special designed double helix shaft has a large compression ratio. Oil has been compressed and expanded many times in the press chamber to realize the combination of thick material layer and thin material layer. It also avoids the slippery bore phenomenon often encountered by conventional oil press.
(3) Low temperature cold pressing technology eliminates the hot pressing process of crushing, softening, rolling embryos, steaming and frying links, with less production equipment, low power consumption and low production cost.
(4) Low-temperature pressing can completely preserve the natural bioactive substances in vegetable oils, such as unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, proteases, lecithin and trace elements. The extracted vegetable oil maintains its essential color, natural flavor and taste.
(5) Cold pressed strip cake (oil meal) is a high value-added food, which can be used for animal feed, fertilizer, fuel and protein extraction.
