Soap Noodles -->Mixer --> Three Roller Mill --> Soap Plodder --> Soap Cutter->Soap Printer
1.Mixer
For continuously to mix soap noodls,flakes and liquid or solid additives.
2.Three roller mill
Used for grinding soap noodles into thin sheets.
3.Single screw plodder
Used for molding the sheets into long bar soap of required shape.
4.Soap cutter
Used for cutting the long bar soap.
5.Soap printer
Used for making the soap bar for the different shape, this is for toilet soap,hotel soap ,etc.

Oil or fat of plant or animal (palm oil, coconut oil, tallow oil, etc.), caustic soda (NaOH), sodium-chloride
