Vertical soap stamper with freezing dies of 4 cavities

This stamper is feature by its simple structure, modular design, easy to be maintenanced. This machine uses best mechanical parts, such as two-speed gear reducer, speed variator and right-angle drive supplied by Rossi, Italy; coupling and shrinking sleeve by German manulacturer, bearings by SKFSweden; Guide rail by THK, Japan; electric parts by Siemens, Germany The feeding of soap bllt is perormed by a pilter, while the stamping and 60 degree rotating is completed by another slitter. The stamper is a mechatronic product. The control is realized by a PLC It controls the vacuum and compressed air on/off during stamping.

Fabrication:

Main Process

1.Mixer for different raw materials 

For continuously to mix soap noodls,flakes and liquid or solid additives..

2.Grinder Mill 

Used for grinding soap noodles into thin sheets. 

3.Vacuum soap plodder ,Duplex vacuum plodder. with vacuum pump,water chiller .

Used for molding the sheets into long strip soap of required shape.
This is a two-stage extruder. Each worm is speed adjustable. The upper stage is for refining of soap, while the lower stage is for plodding of the soap. Between the two stages there is a vacuum chamber where air is evacuated from the soap to eliminate air bubbles in the soap. The high pressure in the lower barrel make soap compact then the soap is extruded out to form continuous soap bar.

4.Soap bar stamper,cutter 

Used for stamping and cutting the long strip soap into soap bar that is desired size .

5.Soap Stamper 

to make the soap bar for the different shape . this is for toilet soap,hotel soap ,etc.
