Basic process
1. Pretreatment
The dried, pest-free and mildew-free fresh walnut kernels were pretreated and peeled by alkali method. The peeled walnut kernels were dried in an electrothermal oven at about 80 ºC until the moisture content was 2% ~ 3%. Then, the walnut kernels were fried at 130 ºC in order to promote the excretion of oil and the aroma of walnut oil, and stir-fry the walnut kernels until 80% of the walnut kernels were fried and cooked.
2.The walnut kernel was evenly and continuously sent to the screw press or hydraulic press for pressing, and the walnut oil was extruded under the action of pressure. The rotating speed of the screw shaft was 10 r / min.
The pressed crude oil was filtered by the oil filter to remove the solid impurities.

Basic process
1. Peach kernels are crushed into grains not larger than grain.

3.Pressing To place the wrapped walnut kernel in a special hydraulic cylinder (there are many holes in the cylinder wall to flow oil), and each layer should be separated by a thin cotton pad to facilitate the outflow of oil between the layers. Then pressure, when the pressure rises to 4 MPA, starts to produce oil; when the pressure rises to 10 MPA, the amount of walnut oil flowing out is very little, which can relieve the discharge. The main point is that the smaller the package is, the higher the oil output rate is; the pressure should rise less and rise frequently, and the pressure should not be too high at one time, otherwise the oil is easy to be ejected in slurry or the oil channel between the oil materials is closed and contracted, but the oil output rate decreases.
