This machine adopts imported stainless steel, scientific homogenizing system, reasonable scraper blending to ensure equivalent homogenizing and make product more smooth, even and bright.



the main process:

1. Heat the crude oil, measure all the oils and heat them to about 70 ºC.

2. alkali water pump water is poured into the mixing tank, add potassium hydroxide in proportion, stir slowly, and then quickly stir to the formation of the alkali liquid.
3. is mixed and saponification oil and alkale are about 70 ºC. Slowly pump the base liquid into the oil and stir continuously for 30~40 minutes to make the soap paste completely saponified.
4. wash and heat wash the glycerin, and static precipitation, release the glycerol wastewater, so 2-3 times, until the soap liquid reaches the ideal state.
5, Add water with liquid soap    To tear the completely saponified soap group into the smaller the better, add 1: 1 warm pure water (can also use pure dew according to demand, or take Polygonum multiflorum, free, chrysanthemum and other herbs boil water), patiently wait for the soap group are all dissolved, add essential oil and stir well.
