Unpacking crushing section:
after unpacking on the unpacking platform, the raw materials are transported to the special crusher for crushing. The comminuted particles are in φ 2mm - 5mm, the comminuted particles are uniform, too large or too small will appear slag or coke paste, and at the same time, it is not conducive to the oil slag separation affecting the performance of the oil press.
Preheat transportation section:
the raw material is broken and put into the preheating pot, and the solid-liquid mixing state suitable for vacuum transportation is reached by heating and stirring and freezing of heat conduction oil, in order to meet the technological requirements of pipeline transportation. On the other hand, the preheating pot plays the role of material balance in the whole production line.
Vacuum melting section:
after preheating the preheating pot into a solid-liquid mixing state, the raw materials are transported to the melting pot in vacuum, and the melting cake is heated and the mixing device is opened at the same time so that the material is heated and uniform. The process adopts a horizontal vacuum cooking pan, which has a large stirring and uniform automatic cleaning device in the heated area, and effectively prevents the phenomenon of raw material or coke paste, and starts vacuum dehydration after the melting temperature reaches 85 degrees due to the original water content of the raw material itself. The vacuum degree will decrease with the increase of steam volatilization, and the vacuum degree in the melting pot will be kept in the dehydration process. In vacuum, the separation of oil, water and slag can be realized quickly by entering the animal oil raw material of negative pressure reactor. The fusion points of common animal oils, lard 32 ºC-40 ºC, chicken oil, duck oil 22 ºC-28 ºC, butter 40 ºC-46 ºC, etc., begin to produce oil when they reach the melting point, and the higher the temperature is, the faster the oil is. When refining, as long as the animal oil in the pot is dissolved and heated slowly, the moisture in the animal oil can be disevaporated and evaporated, and the purity of the refined animal oil will reach 100%. The oil residue can be pressed into cake and sold as feed.
Vacuum dehydration deodorization section:
the vacuum state is produced in the melting pot by water jet vacuum pump. The water molecules and odour micromolecular volatiles in the raw materials are quickly separated from the raw oil in vacuum state, and the split water molecules and odour molecules are forced condensation into the liquid separation tank under the cold water circulation, and the water molecules and odour molecules in the raw materials are quickly separated from the raw oil in the vacuum state, and the split water molecules and odour molecules are forced to condense into distilled water in the cold water circulation.
Oil slag separation section:
in this process, screen plate oil residue is used to separate scraper, oil residue is separated and dried for about 20 minutes, oil residue skin oil is effectively separated, which is beneficial to press oil machine, automatic cleaning device solves screen plate blockage, old oil spoilage, separated oil residue is transported and pressed by oil residue.
Crude oil filtration section:
the crude oil separated by the oil residue separator is filtered into the vertical vane filter through the oil residue pump. The filter can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers and ensure the stability of production. The separation efficiency of oil and residue is high. The amount of .jpg in oil containing miscellaneous animal oil is less than 0.1%, which improves the oil refining rate and the quality of refining. The separated oil residue is compressed by air, and then the scraper is transported to the oil press for pressing after vibration filtration.
The press section
