Suitable for roasting/drying different oil-materials, such as rapeseeds, peanut, soybean, sesame seeds, cottonseed, coconut, palm, rice bran,corn embryo, etc.

    This machine is mainly suitable for processing the kinds of oil seeds ,which is for adding water (humectation), steam (steaming ) and dry (Roasting), becoming the ripe billet process. When Steaming & Roasting, due to the moisture and temperature effect, which make the oil inside state be changed,  these changes make the oil more easily be extracted out, so as to obtain the best suitable technological requirements . 

       Also it is used for conditioning the seeds before flaking ,to reduce down the powder.
Its heating source is steam or conducting oil.

       Steaming and frying time generally control in 40 - 60 min,if time is too long, can make the material billet coking gelatinization, formed in the pot paste,pressing oil colour and lustre is deep, pressing cake has high residual oil;if Time is too short, billet is stir-fry saute, protein is not fully condensed degeneration, pressing oil is not clear, and oil is not convenient to be pressed out; Lipase was not passivation solution, oil acid value is high, the cake is easy rancidity, is not conducive to long-term storage.

      Steaming and frying temperature is controlled in 110 - 120 ºC, when the temperature exceeds 135 ºC, can make the material billet coking, oil in advance, against oil and cake quality. Temperature is too low, the lipase solution has not been completely passivated, finished product acid value change quickly, protein can not completely degeneration, billet was steamed opaque, uneven, sludge regardless, filtering effect is poor.
