The Desolventor is the key equipment for DESOLVING and passivating the anti-nutrient factors in wet meal in the solvent extraction plant. The wet meal discharged from the solventor contains 25%-35% solvent. In order to recover the solvent contained in the wet meal and obtain the better quality product meal, the product meal should be solvent-free, the detonation test is qualified, the moisture content is less than 12%, the meal is ripe and not burnt.
Under the guidance of many years of practice, our company has perfected a new type of high-efficiency DTDC Desolventor, which integrates the desolvation and , drying and cooling together. It has simple operation and stable product quality.
The unique design of the steam permeable disc enables the mixed vapor to penetrate the material layer evenly when it goes up from the degassing layer without dropping the wet meal from the steam hole. The vapor temperature of the mixed vapor body can be reduced to 700 degrees, which not only has good desolution effect, but also saves a large amount of direct vapor and reduces the condensation load of the condenser.
The blanking of the desolventor layer is controlled automatically by the blanking valve, which guarantees the constant level of the desolventing layer and sufficient time for the desolventing. The layer and the lower drying layer are separated to avoid the loss caused by the downward flow of a small amount of solvent gas in the production.
The main shaft of the desolventor adopts a fixed bearing to fix the upper shaft head and a push bearing to fix the lower shaft head. It avoids pressing down the weight of the big axle and the agitator and the reaction force of material rotation on the reducer, causing damage, short service life and high energy consumption of the reducer. The upper axle head is fixed on the outside of the stripper with rolling bearings, which can be easily replaced once damaged.
Advanced automatic gate system, full rolling bearing design, flexible operation, long life, good positioning, effectively avoiding solvent leakage.
The wet trap on the upper part of the stripper adopts an imported atomizing nozzle to trap the maximum amount of fine meal powder in the mixed gas discharged from the stripper, which is conducive to the heat transfer effect of one evaporation and avoids a series of problems caused by the further steaming of meal powder into the water separator.
