Soya Phospholipid Concentration Technology
It is based on hydrated oil foot, a by-product of oil refining, which is dehydrated by vacuum continuous film evaporation and then dried after decolorization and fluidization. The phospholipid content is more than 60%. It is used as feed additive and edible additive for fish and shrimp.
Process flow:
after the hydrated oil foot is quenched and tempered in the conditioning tank, the special oil pin feed pump is used to supply the thin film evaporator. The hydrated oil foot is dehydrated continuously in the thin film evaporator under certain temperature and vacuum conditions. The dehydrated concentrated phospholipid enters the phospholipid temporary storage tank and is finally pumped out and filled by phospholipid extraction pump.
