The extraction of valuable oil-seed oil by subcritical, low temperature extraction, has the characteristics of high oil yield, good oil quality and low cost.
The solvent using, has the characteristics of low boiling point (such as Tetrane & Propane,the boiling points are all below 0 C.),easily be gaseous and volatilize under the room temperature and normal pressure,and it is liquid after adding pressure .
Solvents in oil & fat, meal can be removed under low temperature and vacuum, completely keep the effective ingredients with health and pharmacodynamic functions in raw materials .
Suitable for valuabole oil-seed ,such as Grape Seed, Walnut, Evening Primrose, Maple Seed, Rose, Eucommia ulmoides Seed, Seabuckthorn Seed, etc.
The basic working principle:
Subcritical fluid extraction is carried out under closed anaerobic conditions, which is simple, safe and convenient.
Subcritical fluids are mainly liquefied butane and propane. The boiling points of the components in the solvent are mostly below 0 C, the boiling points of propane and butane are -42.07 and -0.5 respectively. At room temperature and certain pressure (0.3MPa-0.8MPa), oil-seed flake or particles are soaked countercurrent with subcritical fluid, then the solvent in mixed oil and meal is decompressed and gasified, and the gasified solvent air is recycled after compressor compression, condensation and liquefaction.
The heat absorbed by solvent gasification in the process of desolution comes part from the system itself and part from the heating system.
Technical advantages
(1) The extracted oil is light-color, low lecithin content and residual solvent is less than 1 ppm in oil.
(2) The meal quality is good. The invariance rate of water-soluble protein in the meal is more than 95%, the residual oil in meal is less than 1%, and the residual solvent is less than 50 ppm.

Pretreatment
Use vibrating screen,remove out the grape seed's peel and fruit residuel,etc. Then the grape seed was put into the softening pot,add A certain amount of water, raise temperature to 45-55 C. keep this temperature for a certain time (about 15 minutes). After removing iron, grape seeds go into the rolling mill for flake, the thickness of the falke was 0.3 mm, and the moisture content of the flake was kept at about 8%, send to the extraction workshop .

Extraction process
1.The grape seed flakes were put into the extraction vessel.
2. Solvent pump injects solvent into extraction vessel to soak the flake.
3. Use the solvent pumpto pump out the mixed oil from the extraction vessel into the evaporation vessel.
4.Contact the extraction vessel to the suction of compressor ,to vaporize the residual solution of the meal into the compressor, which is condensed and liquefied by compression and condenser, and the solvent is refluxed to the solvent tank for recycling. Grape seed meal put off the extraction system.
5.Mixed oil enters evaporation system to separate solvent from crude oil after evaporation. Solvent vapor is compressed and liquefied and recycled. Grape seed crude oil is taken out of the evaporation system.
6.Crude oil clarfy process: Crude oil is filtered at low temperature, lowered to 15-20 C, so as to minimize the volatilization loss of fragrance. Adopt the filtration, settling and filtration technology , Fully filter out the non-hydrophilic phosphatide, minimum the content of phosphatide in the oil, so as to improve the stability of storage period.
