Principle and technological process
Working Principle:
organic waste is effectively sterilized by high temperature and high pressure (135ºC,0.3mpa). At the same time, the object is dried by negative pressure vacuum, then the whole fat meat become powder and oil, so as to achieve the result of complete recovery and efficient utilization of waste.

Main Process:
1. Sick and dead livestock and poultry are transported to innocuous treatment plant by special closed dump truck to transport them from farms to innocuous treatment plants.
2. The material is sent to the incenerator for full ,to close the entence, heat and boost the pressure sterilization, after the temperature in the tank reaches 135 degrees (0.3mpa), maintain the pressure for 30 minutes.
3. Enter the drying stage, dry for 3 hours and 4 hours (adjust the drying time according to the different moisture of the material), the water content of the material is reduced to 10-12%. Meat and bone powder containing about 30% oil.
4. Open the outlet, the meat and bone powder is transported to the screw press through the screw conveyor, and the oil is separated by the screw press, and the oil content is 10 -12% (up to the standard of feed oil content).
5. The waste air produced in the process, after dust reduction by pressure reducer, enters the water-cooled condenser and condenses the high temperature steam into water, and the air after condensation is discharged directly.
6. The waste water produced in the drying process is waste air distilled water without oil, and the main harmful component codcr,bod, ammonia nitrogen can be discharged directly into the sewage treatment plant through a closed pipe for centralized treatment.
Mian machines
1. Incenerator: the vessel has automatic stirring teeth, which can be directly input into the whole dead pig without dismember. The product set is broken, melting, sterilized and dried together.
2. Screw press: used for defatting from meat and bone powder after drying to separate meat and bone powder from oil.
3. Dust remover: waste air treatment equipment, after high temperature and high pressure treatment, pressure relief and drying process buffer dust reduction, to avoid pressure relief when attached to materials.
4. Condenser: waste air treatment equipment, condensation of waste air into water, centralized collection and treatment.
5. Vacuum pumping station: in the process of melting and drying, with vacuum control, water level control, drainage control and other links are completed through the vacuum pumping station, and realize the low temperature and negative pressure drying inside the invcenerator vessel, and the sewage collection tank is provided.
