    The soap production line is an industrial process specifically used to produce soap, which usually includes multiple links such as soap noodles  mixing and grinding ,long bar soap making,soap cutting and printing.

Main Process

          Soap noodles --> Soap mixer --> Soap refiner --> Three roller mill --> Soap plodder -->Soap cutter ->Soap printer

1.Mixer 
Used to mix various additives and soap noodles for the production of soap and stir them evenly. 
 

2.Soap refiner

Used for mixing and grinding soap noodles.

3.Three roller mill
Used for grinding soap noodles into thin sheets. 

 

4.Soap Vacuum plodder

Used to squeeze and knead soap flakes, thin short bars, soap powder and other soap-making raw materials that have been stirred and ground into continuous soap bars.
 

5.Soap cutter 
Used for cutting the long bar soap.

 

6.Soap printer
Used for making the soap of different shape,soap mold supports customization.

Soap Materials

Oil or fat of plant or animal (palm oil, coconut oil, tallow oil, etc.), caustic soda (NaOH), sodium-chloride
(NaCl), sodium silicate, fragrance, pigment, etc.
